The BVB static condenser can be used in any domestic and commercial refrigerating apparatus. There are no restrictions on size and they therefore can be supplied according to the needs of each client. BVB can assist customers and potential users in the design and development of a condenser utilising the facilities of our modern thermodynamic testing laboratory. The BVB assembly system is not welved directly to the tube itself, thereby guaranteeing the 100% integrity of the tube and eliminating a possible source of micro leaks. Fixing the condenser to the appliance could not be simpler - just 4 self tapping screws are all that is required - quick; cheap; simple and efficient. The terminal ends of the tube can be sent to suit the position of the compressor within the appliance. The condenser can be supplied with the dryer filter already brazed in position. The joint will be 100% tested for micro-leaks with "state-of-the-art" helium sensors. After welding, the condenser and the rest of the assembly undergoes a complete cycle of degreasing, phosphating and finally cataphoretic painting with semi-gloss black paint. This process guarantees even higher resistance to salt spray than the 120 hours demanded by ASMT B 117 and BS 3900 standard.
