| Products: GS SERIES FILTERS |
| |
The new BVB's GS series represents the
best approach to the mechanical protection and moisture removal
inthe refrigerant circuits.
The new necessities relevant to the high efficiency and the
perfect internal cleanliness of the systems, make compulsory
the use of components having a high quality standard and proper
performances, as the BVB's GS filters have.
A modern design, the use of top quality components, an automatic
and costant production layout and the accurate quality controls
are the factors making the GS series filters a product of indisputqble
quality, perfectly suitable to any type of refrigerating system.
Only a certified Company, as BVB are, can guarantee this.
BVB's GS series are available in a wide range of volumes
and connections.
BVB are available to value any specific necessity of the customers.

| Why the BVB's GS series filter? |
|
1) copper flashed connections. The thick layer
of copper assures the best protection against rust and makes
easier the brazing operations without deoxidizer.
2) Over-sized connections. To provide a better
mechanical strength and improve the loss of heat coming from
the brazing operations.
3) Epoxidic paint. To guarantee a salt spray
test resistance of more than 1000 hours.
4) Tapered compression spring. To avoid any
contact with the filter body which is the cause of noise and
vibrations.
5) Dehydrating compound made only by 3A molecular
sieves and active Alumina (10%), to remove completely any
moisture or acid compounds from the circuit, the dehydrating
material is perfectly compatible with the CFCs, HCFCs, HFCsand
the relevant lubrificating oils.
6) Double filtering system. To keep the solid
impurities, made by metallic fabric having a filtering degree
of 143 microns.
|
 |
Moreover: All the GS series
filter are submitted to leak test made by dry air or
nitrogen at a pressure of 28 bar and sealed by special
double sealing rubber caps to assure a perfect protection
in any condition of transport/handling/storage.
In the GS series filters, the volume of the dehydrating
compound is oversize in order either to compensate the
active Alumina reduced absorption capacity or to comply
with necessity of the new refrigerant gases to be highly
dehydrated.
The double filtering system with a filtering degree
of 143 microns guarantees with low pressure drop a suitable
filtration for almost all the applications and an extremely
reduced flow resistance. However, on the request, the
filtering degree of the GS series filters can be increased
up to 30 microns, by adding a thin disk made by amorphous
fibres. This material, coming from recent researches,
allows to reduce at the minimum the flow resistance
in the filter.
